CODE OF ETHICS

Code of Ethics of Dobong-gu Council, Seoul

The members of Dobong-gu council of Seoul shall, as the representatives of the
inhabitants in Dobong-gu, fulfill the duties conscientiously, winning the confidence and promise to
contribute to the local autonomy development, welfare improvement and development
of the district, hereby defining the code of ethics governing the members.

    We, the representative of the inhabitants in Dobong-gu shall improve the specialty, keep the etiquette, maintain the dignity as a member of council and represent the opinion of the inhabitants

    We, the servant for the inhabitants in Dobong-gu shall fulfill the duties conscientiously for the sake of public interest and for the welfare and development.

    We shall not seek for unfair interests relating to the duties nor exercise illegal influence and shall live a small way.

    We, the member of council shall secure fair conditions and equal opportunities in the legislation activity, solve issues with reasonable discussion and comply with the legal procedure, endeavoring after the formation of sound council culture.

    We, the accountable spokesperson shall be responsible for every official activity to the inhabitants.
