Respected citizens of Dobong-gu, I am Ahn Byeong-geon, Chairperson for the latter half of the 9th Dobong-gu Council.

Over the past two years of the 9th Council, we confirmed Dobong's growth potential.
At the same time, we could discover overlapping crises in people's livelihoods and the future.

Using the past period as fertilizer, we will run more vigorously for Dobong-gu's future.
We will respond to the citizens' will by fulfilling the council's inherent mission, which is based on common sense and the spirit of the law.
We will achieve advanced local autonomy that citizens feel and enjoy first.

The district council represents the citizens. We are on the side of citizens, not anyone else. A council that joins hands with citizens at the site of citizens' lives is the image of the district council I have hoped for and dreamed of.

Helping citizens' lives and improving citizens' rights,
learning in the field and finding solutions in the field,
and serving citizens are the direction and values of life I have pursued throughout my life.

Under the slogans of "A properly working council,"
"A passionate council,"
and "A council that communicates and cooperates with each other," we will do our best every day and every moment to create a district council that citizens can rely on close to their lives.
